Katrina should have put the battle against racism and poverty at the top of the national political agenda. But it didn't. Four years later, the gulf between rich and poor has only widened.

Those at the forefront of advocating for Katrina survivors tell us that these stories help them build support for those still fighting to return, recover and rebuild.
We hope that the film, Trouble the Water, will help engage even more people in dialogue and in action along the Gulf Coast, and elsewhere.
