The 16th Annual Hands on Atlanta Martin Luther King Jr. Service Summit Screening

 

The theme of the 16th Annual Hands On Atlanta Martin Luther King Jr. Service Summit is "The Fierce Urgency of Now". The summit will offer a series of talks and cultural events inspired by the life and legacy of Dr. King.

Established in 1968 by Coretta Scott King, The King Center is the official, living memorial dedicated to the advancement of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., leader of America's greatest nonviolent movement for justice, equality and peace.

Hands On Atlanta is a non-profit organization that helps individuals, families and corporate and community groups find flexible volunteer opportunities at more than 400 service organizations and schools.

SCREENING DETAILS:

5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17 at the King Center, Freedom Hall, 449 Auburn Ave, NE 5 p.m.

5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18 at the Woodruff Arts Center, Rich Auditorium, 1280 Peachtree Street, N.E.
