TROUBLE THE WATER SHORTLISTED FOR ACADEMY AWARD!

“Trouble the Water” has been shortlisted for the Academy Award for Best Feature Documentary. 14 other films made the short-list in the Documentary Feature category, out of a record number of 94 qualifying films. Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Documentary Branch members will select the five nominees from among the 15 titles. The Oscar nominations will be announced on January 22nd. We are so honored by this recognition of “Trouble the Water” and very grateful to all of the film’s supporters.
